1  AABOUD 2019R based on 12.2 to 20.3 fb${}^{-1}$ of data from ATLAS and CMS at 8 TeV.
2  AABOUD 2017T based on 20.2 fb${}^{-1}$ of data. A maximum-likelihood fit to neural-network discriminant distributions is used to separate signal and background events. Individual cross sections are measured as ${\mathit \sigma (}$ ${{\mathit t}}{{\mathit q}}{)}$ = $56.7$ ${}^{+4.3}_{-3.8}$ pb and ${\mathit \sigma (}$ ${{\overline{\mathit t}}}{{\mathit q}}{)}$ = $32.9$ ${}^{+3.0}_{-2.7}$ pb, while their ratio is given by ${\mathit \sigma (}$ ${{\mathit t}}{{\mathit q}}{)}/{\mathit \sigma (}$ ${{\overline{\mathit t}}}{{\mathit q}}{)}$ = $1.72$ $\pm0.09$. A lower limit $\vert \mathit V_{\mathit tb}\vert $ $>$ 0.92 (95$\%$ CL) is obtained. Measured total and differential cross sections are described well by the SM.
3  Based on 19.7 fb${}^{-1}$ of data. The ${{\mathit t}}$ and ${{\overline{\mathit t}}}$ production cross sections are measured separately as $\sigma _{t-ch.}({{\mathit t}}$) = $53.8$ $\pm1.5$ $\pm4.4$ pb and $\sigma _{t-ch.}({{\overline{\mathit t}}}$) = $27.6$ $\pm1.3$ $\pm3.7$ pb, respectively, as well as their ratio ${{\mathit R}}_{t-ch}$ = $\sigma _{t-ch.}({{\mathit t}})/\sigma _{t-ch.}({{\overline{\mathit t}}}$) = $1.95$ $\pm0.10$ $\pm0.19$, in agreement with the SM predictions. Combination with a previous CMS result at $\sqrt {s }$ = 7 TeV [CHATRCHYAN 2012BQ] gives $\vert \mathit V_{\mathit tb}\vert $ = $0.998$ $\pm0.038$ $\pm0.016$. Also obtained is the ratio ${{\mathit R}}_{8/7}$ = $\sigma _{t-ch.}$(8TeV)/$\sigma _{t-ch.}$(7TeV) = $1.24$ $\pm0.08$ $\pm0.12$.
