1  These results apply to heavy Majorana neutrinos and are summarized by the equation: ${\mathit m}_{{{\mathit \nu}}}$ $>$1.2 GeV ($\mathit G_{\mathit F}/\mathit G_{\mathit R}$). The bound saturates, and if $\mathit G_{\mathit R}$ is too small no mass range is allowed.
