1  Time-dependent $\mathit CP$ violation is measured in the ${{\mathit B}^{0}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit J / \psi}}{{\mathit \rho}^{0}}$ and was used to limit the size of penguin amplitude contributions to ${{\mathit \phi}_{{s}}}$ in ${{\mathit B}_{{s}}^{0}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit J / \psi}}{{\mathit \phi}}$ decays to be between [$-1.05^\circ{}$, 1.18$^\circ{}$] at 95$\%$ confidence level.
