2  From the combined fit of the ${{\mathit D}^{+}}{{\mathit K}_S^0}$ and ${{\mathit D}^{0}}{{\mathit K}^{+}}$ modes in the model including the ${{\mathit D}_{{s2}}^{*}{(2573)}^{+}}$, ${{\mathit D}_{{s1}}^{*}{(2700)}^{+}}$ and spin-0 ${{\mathit D}_{{sJ}}^{*}{(2860)}^{+}}$.
