1  From a simultaneous fit to the KROKOVNY 2013 Dalitz analysis of ${{\mathit e}^{+}}$ ${{\mathit e}^{-}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \Upsilon}{(2S)}}$ / ${{\mathit \Upsilon}{(3S)}}{{\mathit \pi}^{0}}{{\mathit \pi}^{0}}$ decays with fixed width $\Gamma\mathrm {({{\mathit Z}_{{b}}{(10610)}^{0}})}$ = 18.4 MeV.
