1  From a solution of the fit to the cross section by the coherent sum of resonant component parametrized by a modified Breit-Wigner amplitude and a phase-space contribution for the continuum. The observed structure can be also due to ${{\mathit \omega}{(2290)}}$ or ${{\mathit \omega}{(2330)}}$. The other solution gives $13.8$ $\pm6.6$ $\pm5.2$ eV.
