1  BEDDALL 2009 analyse 3.2 million hadronic Z decays as archived by ALEPH collaboration and report a value of $2.59$ $\pm0.03$ $\pm0.15$ $\pm0.04$. The first error is statistical, the second systematic, and the third arises from extrapolation to full phase space. We combine the systematic errors in quadrature.
