${{\mathit X}{(3940)}}$ MASS   $3942 \pm9$ MeV 
 
${{\mathit X}{(3940)}}$ WIDTH   $37 {}^{+27}_{-17}$ MeV 
 
$\Gamma_{1}$ ${{\mathit D}}{{\overline{\mathit D}}^{*}}$ + c.c.   seen 361
 
$\Gamma_{2}$ ${{\mathit D}}{{\overline{\mathit D}}}$   not seen 638
