M196

${{\mathit D}_{{s1}}^{*}{(2860)}^{\pm}}$

$I(J^P)$ = $0(1^{-})$ 

was ${{\mathit D}_{{sJ}}^{*}{(2860)}}$
$\mathit J{}^{P}$ consistent with $1{}^{-}{}^{}$ from angular analysis of AAIJ 2014AW.
${{\mathit D}_{{s1}}^{*}{(2860)}^{+}}$ MASS   $2859 \pm27$ MeV 
 
${{\mathit D}_{{s1}}^{*}{(2860)}^{+}}$ WIDTH   $159 \pm80$ MeV
