Observed in radiative decay of the ${{\mathit \Upsilon}{(3S)}}$, therefore ${}^{C} = +$. Branching ratio requires E1 transition, M1 is strongly disfavored, therefore ${}^{P} = +$.
${{\mathit \chi}_{{b2}}{(2P)}}$ MASS   $10268.65 \pm0.22 \pm0.50$ MeV 
 
${\mathit m}_{{{\mathit \chi}_{{b2}}{(2P)}}}–{\mathit m}_{{{\mathit \chi}_{{b1}}{(2P)}}}$   $13.10 \pm0.24$ MeV
