$I(J^P)$ = $1/2(?^{?})$ 
Seen in ${{\mathit Z}}$ decays by ABREU 1998M. Not seen by ABBIENDI 2001N and CHEKANOV 2009. Needs confirmation.
${{\mathit D}^{*}{(2640)}^{\pm}}$ MASS $2637$ $\pm6$ MeV 
 
${{\mathit D}^{*}{(2640)}^{\pm}}$ WIDTH <15 MeV  CL=95%
 
${{\mathit D}^{*}{(2640)}^{-}}$ modes are charge conjugates of modes below.
