Seen by ABLIKIM 2022C with a significance of 5.2 $\sigma $ in a partial-wave analysis of the systems ( ${{\mathit \gamma}}{{\mathit X}}$ ), ${{\mathit X}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}{{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}$ and ( ${{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}{{\mathit X}}$ ), ${{\mathit X}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \gamma}}{{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}$ in the decay ${{\mathit J / \psi}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \gamma}}{{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}{{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}$ .
${{\mathit f}_{{0}}{(2470)}}$ MASS   $2470 {}^{+6}_{-7}$ MeV
