${{\boldsymbol \chi}_{{b1}}{(2P)}}$ $I^G(J^{PC})$ = $0^+(1^{+ +})$ J need confirmation.

Observed in radiative decay of the ${{\mathit \Upsilon}{(3S)}}$, therefore ${}^{C} = +$. Branching ratio requires E1 transition, M1 is strongly disfavored, therefore ${}^{P} = +$.
${{\mathit \chi}_{{b1}}{(2P)}}$ MASS   $10255.46 \pm0.22 \pm0.50$ MeV 
${\mathit m}_{{{\mathit \chi}_{{b1}}{(2P)}}}–{\mathit m}_{{{\mathit \chi}_{{b0}}{(2P)}}}$   $23.5 \pm1.0$ MeV
