$\mathit CP$ VIOLATION

$\mathit A_{CP}$ is defined as
${B( {{\overline{\mathit B}}} \rightarrow {{\overline{\mathit f}}})–B( {{\mathit B}} \rightarrow {{\mathit f}})\over B( {{\overline{\mathit B}}} \rightarrow {{\overline{\mathit f}}})+B( {{\mathit B}} \rightarrow {{\mathit f}})}$,
the $\mathit CP$-violation charge asymmetry of inclusive ${{\mathit B}^{\pm}}$ and ${{\mathit B}^{0}}$ decay.

1  Using a sum-of-exclusive technique with ${\mathit m}_{{{\mathit X}_{{{s}}}}}$ $<$ 2.8 GeV/c${}^{2}$.
2  Measured with 16 exclusively reconstructed ${{\mathit B}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit X}_{{{s}}}}{{\mathit \gamma}}$ decays with 0.6 $<$ ${\mathit m}_{{{\mathit X}_{{{s}}}}}<$ 2.0 GeV/c${}^{2}$ (ten charged and six neutral self-tagging ${{\mathit B}}$ modes).
3  Uses a sum of exclusively reconstructed ${{\mathit B}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit X}_{{{s}}}}$ decay modes, with ${{\mathit X}_{{{s}}}}$ mass between 0.6 and 2.8 GeV/c${}^{2}$.
4  Corresponds to $−$0.06 $<$ $\mathit A_{CP}$ $<$ 0.11 at 90$\%$ CL.
5  This measurement is performed inclusively for recoil mass ${{\mathit X}_{{{s}}}}$ less than 2.1 GeV, which corresponds to $-0.093$ $<$ ${{\mathit A}_{{{CP}}}}$ $<$ 0.096 at 90$\%$ CL.
