1  Using the measured ${\mathit m}_{{{\mathit \psi}_{{{2}}}{(3823)}}}–{\mathit m}_{{{\mathit \psi}{(2S)}}}$ and assuming ${\mathit m}_{{{\mathit \psi}{(2S)}}}$ = $3686.097$ MeV from PDG 2022.
2  Using the measured ${\mathit m}_{{{\mathit \psi}_{{{2}}}{(3823)}}}–{\mathit m}_{{{\mathit \psi}{(2S)}}}$ = $137.98$ $\pm0.53$ $\pm0.14$ MeV.
3  From a simultaneous fit to ${{\mathit B}^{\pm}}$ $\rightarrow$ ( ${{\mathit \chi}_{{{c1}}}}{{\mathit \gamma}}$) ${{\mathit K}^{\pm}}$ and ${{\mathit B}^{0}}$ $\rightarrow$ ( ${{\mathit \chi}_{{{c1}}}}{{\mathit \gamma}}$) ${{\mathit K}_S^0}$ with significance 4.0$\sigma $ including systematics. Corrected for the measured ${{\mathit \psi}{(2S)}}$ mass using ${{\mathit B}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \psi}{(2S)}}{{\mathit K}}$ $\rightarrow$ ( ${{\mathit \gamma}}{{\mathit \chi}_{{{c1}}}}$) ${{\mathit K}}$ decays.
4  From a simultaneous unbinned maximum likelihood fit of ${{\mathit e}^{+}}$ ${{\mathit e}^{-}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \pi}^{+}}{{\mathit \pi}^{-}}{{\mathit \chi}_{{{c1}}}}{{\mathit \gamma}}$ data (the ${{\mathit \pi}^{+}}{{\mathit \pi}^{-}}$ recoil mass) taken at $\sqrt {s }$ values of 4.23, 4.26, 4.36, 4.42, and 4.60 GeV to simulated events including both ${{\mathit \psi}{(2S)}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \chi}_{{{c1}}}}{{\mathit \gamma}}$ and ${{\mathit \psi}_{{{2}}}{(3823)}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \chi}_{{{c1}}}}{{\mathit \gamma}}$ together, with floating mass scale offset for ${{\mathit \psi}{(2S)}}$, floating ${{\mathit \psi}_{{{2}}}{(3823)}}$ mass, and zero ${{\mathit \psi}_{{{2}}}{(3823)}}$ width, resulting in a significance of 5.9$\sigma $ when including systematic uncertainties. Superseded by ABLIKIM 22R.
