1  From a fit of a VMD model with two effective resonances with masses of 1450 MeV and 1700 MeV to describe the excited vector states ${{\mathit \omega}{(1420)}}$, ${{\mathit \rho}{(1450)}}$, ${{\mathit \omega}{(1650)}}$, and ${{\mathit \rho}{(1700)}}$. Systematic errors not evaluated.
