 1 The state observed by ABLIKIM 2011C at 2120 MeV is not observed with 90$\%$ CL upper limit of $1.49 \times 10^{-5}$ for ${{\mathit J / \psi}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \gamma}}{{\mathit X}{(2120)}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \gamma}}{{\mathit K}^{+}}{{\mathit K}^{-}}{{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}$ and $6.38 \times 10^{-6}$ for ${{\mathit K}_S^0}$ ${{\mathit K}_S^0}$ ${{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}$ .
