Dispersion analysis
1  In a consistent reanalysis LEE 2015 extract values separately for the Mainz 2010 data only (0.776+-0.034+-0.017) fm and for the world data without Mainz data (0.914+-0.035) fm. The quoted value is a simple combination of the two, which ignores possible discrepancies and unknown correlations and should be considered with caution.
2  CUI 2021B employ a new mathematical procedure (statistical SPM, Schlessinger point method) based on form-unbiased interpolations of existing ${{\mathit e}}{{\mathit p}}$ scattering data.
