AALTONEN 2012K search for events with a top quark and missing $\mathit E_{T}$ in ${{\mathit p}}{{\overline{\mathit p}}}$ collisions at $\mathit E_{{\mathrm {cm}}}$ = 1.96 TeV with $\mathit L$ = 7.7 fb${}^{-1}$. Upper limits on ${\mathit \sigma (}$ ${{\mathit t}}{{\mathit X}^{0}}{)}$ in the range $0.4 - 2$ pb (95$\%$ CL) is given for ${\mathit m}_{{{\mathit X}^{0}}}$ = $0 - 150$ GeV.
