1  PERUZZI 1977 and SCHINDLER 1981 errors do not include the 0.13$\%$ uncertainty in the absolute SPEAR energy calibration. TRILLING 1981 uses the high precision ${{\mathit J / \psi}{(1S)}}$ and ${{\mathit \psi}{(2S)}}$ measurements of ZHOLENTZ 1980 to determine this uncertainty and combines the PERUZZI 1977 and SCHINDLER 1981 results to obtain the value quoted.
