1  ${{\mathit D}^{0}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \rho}^{-}}{{\mathit e}^{+}}{{\mathit \nu}_{{{e}}}}$ only, uses a single-pole-dominance parametrization.
2  Uses both ${{\mathit D}^{+}}$ and ${{\mathit D}^{0}}$ events.
3  Using PDG 2010 values of ${\it V}_{\it cd}$ and lifetimes, DOBBS 2013 gets $\mathit A_{1}$(0) = $0.56$ $\pm0.01$ ${}^{+0.02}_{-0.03},\mathit A_{2}$(0) = $0.47$ $\pm0.06$ $\pm0.04$, and $\mathit V$(0) = $0.84$ $\pm0.09$ ${}^{+0.05}_{-0.06}$.
