1  SHIMIZU 2018A measurement procedure fits a distribution affected by ${{\overline{\mathit \eta}}}({{\mathit \mu}}$), $\xi \kappa ({{\mathit \mu}}$) and ${{\mathit \eta}^{''}}({{\mathit \mu}}$), floating ${{\overline{\mathit \eta}}}({{\mathit \mu}}$) and $\xi \kappa ({{\mathit \mu}}$) and fixing ${{\mathit \eta}^{''}}({{\mathit \mu}}$) = 0. The contribution of ${{\mathit \eta}^{''}}({{\mathit \mu}}$) is suppressed by ${\mathit m}_{{{\mathit \mu}}}/{\mathit m}_{{{\mathit \tau}}}$.
