1  Asymmetries are measured using ${{\mathit B}^{0}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}{{\mathit K}_S^0}$ decays, with ${{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \eta}}$ ( $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \gamma}}{{\mathit \gamma}}$ ) ${{\mathit \pi}^{+}}{{\mathit \pi}^{-}}$ and ${{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \rho}}$ ( $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \pi}^{+}}{{\mathit \pi}^{-}}$ ) ${{\mathit \gamma}}$.
2  The mixing-induced $\mathit CP$ violation is reported with a significance of more than 5 standard deviations in this ${{\mathit b}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit s}}$ penguin dominated mode.
