1  OCHERASHVILI 2005 claims ``an excess of 5.62 events over ... $1.38$ $\pm0.13$ events'' for a significance of 4.8~$\sigma $ in ${{\mathit p}}{{\mathit D}^{+}}{{\mathit K}^{-}}$ events.
2  MATTSON 2002 claims ``an excess of 15.9 events over an expected background of $6.1$ $\pm0.5$ events, a statistical significance of $6.3$ $\sigma $'' in the ${{\mathit \Lambda}_{{c}}^{+}}{{\mathit K}^{-}}{{\mathit \pi}^{+}}$ invariant-mass spectrum. The probability that the peak is a fluctuation increases from $1.0 \times 10^{-6}$ to $1.1 \times 10^{-4}$ when the number of bins searched is considered.
3  Uncertainties are statistical only. Because of undetermined systematic uncertainties in the extraction of this result it cannot be considered a mass measurement. AAIJ 2021AE performs a combined fit to its ${{\mathit \Xi}_{{cc}}^{+}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \Xi}_{{c}}^{+}}{{\mathit \pi}^{+}}{{\mathit \pi}^{-}}$ data and the ${{\mathit \Xi}_{{cc}}^{+}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \Lambda}_{{c}}^{+}}{{\mathit K}^{-}}{{\mathit \pi}^{+}}$ data from AAIJ 2020AX, finding a global significance of 2.9 $\sigma $ (4.0 $\sigma $ local).
