${{\mathit \chi}_{{{b1}}}{(3P)}}$ $I^G(J^{PC})$ = $0^+(1^{+ +})$

Observed in the radiative decay to ${{\mathit \Upsilon}{(1S,2S,3S)}}$, therefore ${}^{C} = +$. $\mathit J$ needs confirmation.

${{\mathit \chi}_{{{b1}}}{(3P)}}$ MASS   $10513.4 \pm0.7$ MeV
