Seen by ABLIKIM 2022C with a significance of 5.2 $\sigma $ in a partial-wave analysis of the systems (${{\mathit \gamma}}{{\mathit X}}$), ${{\mathit X}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}{{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}$ and (${{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}{{\mathit X}}$), ${{\mathit X}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \gamma}}{{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}$ in the decay ${{\mathit J / \psi}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \gamma}}{{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}{{\mathit \eta}^{\,'}}$.
${{\mathit f}_{{{0}}}{(2470)}}$ MASS   $2470 {}^{+6}_{-7}$ MeV
