Seen by BHARDWAJ 2013 in ${{\mathit B}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \chi}_{{{c1}}}}{{\mathit \gamma}}{{\mathit K}}$ and ABLIKIM 2015S in ${{\mathit e}^{+}}$ ${{\mathit e}^{-}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \pi}^{+}}{{\mathit \pi}^{-}}{{\mathit \gamma}}{{\mathit \chi}_{{{c1}}}}$ decays as a narrow peak in the invariant mass distribution of the ${{\mathit \chi}_{{{c1}}}}{{\mathit \gamma}}$ system. Properties consistent with the ${{\mathit \psi}_{{{2}}}}(1{}^{3}D_{2}$) ${{\mathit c}}{{\overline{\mathit c}}}$ state.
