was ${{\mathit \psi}{(3823)}}$, ${{\mathit X}{(3823)}}$
Seen by BHARDWAJ 2013 in ${{\mathit B}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \chi}_{{c1}}}{{\mathit \gamma}}{{\mathit K}}$ and ABLIKIM 2015S in ${{\mathit e}^{+}}$ ${{\mathit e}^{-}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit \pi}^{+}}{{\mathit \pi}^{-}}{{\mathit \gamma}}{{\mathit \chi}_{{c1}}}$ decays as a narrow peak in the invariant mass distribution of the ${{\mathit \chi}_{{c1}}}{{\mathit \gamma}}$ system. Properties consistent with the ${{\mathit \psi}_{{2}}}(1{}^{3}D_{2}$) ${{\mathit c}}{{\overline{\mathit c}}}$ state.
