SUPERWEAK 2016 is a fake experiment to constrain $\phi _{00}−\phi _{+-}$ to a small value as described in the note ``$\mathit CP$ violation in ${{\mathit K}_{{{L}}}}$ decays.''
This SCHWINGENHEUER 1995 values is the combined result of SCHWINGENHEUER 1995 and GIBBONS 1993, accounting for correlated systematic errors.
Not independent of other phase parameters reported in ABOUZAID 2011.
  ALAVI-HARATI 2003 fit Re($\epsilon {{}^\prime}/\epsilon $), Im($\epsilon {{}^\prime}/\epsilon $), $\Delta \mathit m$, $\tau _{\mathit S}$, and $\phi _{+−}$ simultaneously, not assuming $\mathit CPT$. Phase difference is obtained from $\phi _{00}−\phi _{+−}\approx{}-3$Im($\epsilon {{}^\prime}/\epsilon $) for small $\vert \epsilon {{}^\prime}/\epsilon \vert $. Superseded by ABOUZAID 2011.
GIBBONS 1993 give detailed dependence of systematic error on lifetime (see the section on the ${{\mathit K}_S^0}$ mean life) and mass difference (see the section on ${\mathit m}_{{{\mathit K}_L^0} }–{\mathit m}_{{{\mathit K}_S^0} }$).
CAROSI 1990 is excluded from the fit because it it is not independent of $\phi _{+−}$ and $\phi _{00}$ values.
