1  The event samples in this AUBERT 2007BG result include radiative photons. The D0 Ke+νe form factor at q2 = 0 is f+(0) = 0.727 ±0.007 ±0.005 ±0.007.
2  BEAN 1993C uses Kμ+νμ as well as Ke+νe events and makes a small phase-space adjustment to the number of the μ+ events to use them as e+ events. A pole mass of 2.00 ±0.12 ±0.18 GeV/c2 is obtained from the q2 dependence of the decay rate.
3  CRAWFORD 1991B uses Ke+νe and Kμ+νμ candidates to measure a pole mass of 2.1 0.2+0.40.2+0.3 GeV/c2 from the q2 dependence of the decay rate.
4  ANJOS 1989F measures a pole mass of 2.1 0.2+0.4 ±0.2 GeV/c2 from the q2 dependence of the decay rate.
