3  Measured by taking the ratio of the branching fraction from ${{\mathit B}^{+}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit K}^{+}}{{\mathit e}^{+}}{{\mathit e}^{-}}$ and ${{\mathit B}^{+}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit J / \psi}}$( ${{\mathit e}^{+}}{{\mathit e}^{-}}$) ${{\mathit K}^{+}}$ decays and multiplying it by the measured value of ${{\mathit B}^{+}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit J / \psi}}{{\mathit K}^{+}}$ and ${{\mathit J / \psi}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit e}^{+}}{{\mathit e}^{-}}$ as in PDG 2018. The branching fraction of ${{\mathit B}^{+}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit K}^{+}}{{\mathit e}^{+}}{{\mathit e}^{-}}$ is determined in the region 1.1 $<$ q${}^{2}$ $<$ 6 GeV${}^{2}$/c${}^{4}$.
4  Uses B( ${{\mathit B}^{+}}$ $\rightarrow$ ${{\mathit J / \psi}{(1S)}}{{\mathit K}^{+}}$) = ($0.998$ $\pm0.014$ $\pm0.040$) $ \times 10^{-3}$ for normalization and ${{\mathit \mu}^{+}}{{\mathit \mu}^{-}}$ for leptons. Measured for 1.1 $<$ q${}^{2}<$ 6.0 GeV${}^{2}$/c${}^{4}$.
